A few factors that determine overall price of your next interior painting project are:
Total sqft of wall/ceiling to be painted
If there is any drywall repair
If doors are to be painted

Some basic Starting ranges for our painting services are as follows:
Bedroom (10x12): $400–$800+
Living room: $600–$1,500+
Bathroom: $300–$800+
Walls only: $1.25–$2.50 per sq ft of wall surface
Ceilings: $1.00–$2.00 per sq ft of ceiling surface
Trim/Baseboards: $1.50–$4.00 per linear foot
Doors: $75–$200+ each depending on condition and whether both sides are painted

Minor repairs start around $200, but pricing increase if there are multiple repairs and most repairs require proper dry time in between coats and often require multiple trips to your home.

Our Services
Our Flat Rate Service is designed for your small projects around the house, and jobs that can be completed in a 2 hour or less time frame. The type of services offered in this selection include, but are not limited to; Small fixture installs, outlet swaps, drain unclogs, simple kitchen fixture changes, door handles, curtain rod installs, picture hanging, small cleaning jobs, minor trim repair, and much more! Our Hourly Service Rate is designed to be added onto our Flat Rate Service as additional time is needed to complete your new project. In addition, our Hourly Service Rate applies to projects exceeding 2+ hours.
Larger projects are priced individually and can range greatly in cost. Determining factors include time, labor cost, material prices and misc. expenses. All larger projects are first given estimates and then quoted once accepted.
