We do not offer services such as; Large Electrical projects, Large plumbing projects, HVAC, Roofing and roofing repair, gutter cleaning, structural repairs, large tree removal, Plaster repair, Dangerous waste removal.
Our Services
Our Flat Rate Service is designed for your small projects around the house, and jobs that can be completed in a 2 hour or less time frame. The type of services offered in this selection include, but are not limited to; Small fixture installs, outlet swaps, drain unclogs, simple kitchen fixture changes, door handles, curtain rod installs, picture hanging, small cleaning jobs, minor trim repair, and much more! Our Hourly Service Rate is designed to be added onto our Flat Rate Service as additional time is needed to complete your new project. In addition, our Hourly Service Rate applies to projects exceeding 2+ hours.
Larger projects are priced individually and can range greatly in cost. Determining factors include time, labor cost, material prices and misc. expenses. All larger projects are first given estimates and then quoted once accepted.
